5. Lost or Damaged Packages

•Incorrect Address: Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delivery failures or additional costs resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer.
•Unsuccessful Delivery: If a delivery is unsuccessful due to recipient-related reasons (e.g., no one is available to receive the package, refusal to pay customs fees), the parcel may be returned. In such cases, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs and reshipment fees.
